Product support

For product support, the recommended way to reach us is through direct messages (DM) on the same site where you purchased your model. Shop messaging keeps your order and files in context and is usually the fastest path for setup questions, downloads, and license-related help.

Use the messaging or contact features on the storefront you used, for example:

  • BOOTH — DM on BOOTH
  • VGen — messages on VGen
  • Ko-fi — Ko-fi messages

If you are not sure where you bought your item, open the email or receipt from your purchase and use the support or message option on that platform.

We usually reply within 1–5 business days. If you have not heard back after about a week (or roughly 5 business days), please send another message or email. Sometimes messages are missed or filtered, and a gentle follow-up is welcome.
