License Quick Reference

This is a short summary of the key permitted uses and restricted uses from the License.

This page is a practical summary only and does NOT replace the Digital Content License Agreement. In case of any conflict, the Digital Content License Agreement shall prevail.

Permitted Use​

✅ Content creation & monetization: use the content in streams, videos, social media, and similar entertainment uses, including monetized content.

✅ Modification: you may modify the content and create derivative works (derivatives are still governed by the License for any portion that includes the original content).

✅ Merchandise: you may sell merchandise featuring derivative works you created from the content.

✅ Software/app integration: you may integrate the content into software/apps if you use reasonable protection to prevent extraction of the original files, and you do not transfer access/rights to the original content to third parties.

Restricted Use​

❌ No ownership/authorship claims: don’t claim you own the original content or that you created it.

❌ No redistribution/transfer: don’t resell, redistribute, share, publish, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise provide the original files to others.

❌ No removal of notices: don’t remove or obscure copyright/attribution notices.

❌ No harmful/illegal/deceptive use: don’t use the content for hateful, unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, harassing, or deceptive uses.

❌ No impersonation/deepfake use, and don’t falsely suggest endorsement/affiliation.

❌ No AI / blockchain / datasets: no AI/ML training, dataset creation, scraping/mining, NFTs/blockchain/crypto projects, or similar uses unless explicitly permitted in accompanying documentation.

❌ No extraction: don’t reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the original content from an integrated/compiled form.

Attribution​

Public-facing use requires clear attribution (for example: livestreams, videos, images, software, and merchandise).

  • Use the attribution text provided on the product page or in accompanying documentation.
  • If no specific text is provided, use the default credit:
    • Sole-authored content: Digital Content by 0x4682B4
    • Collaborative content: Digital Content by GlycoProduction
  • Place attribution in a visible location, such as descriptions, credits, packaging, or an about page.
  • Do not misrepresent the original content as your own creation.
