Refunds are NOT offered. Due to the nature of the digital product, returns are not possible.

I have a payment problem (charged twice, payment failed, etc.). Who do I contact?
Payment is processed entirely by the sales platform, not by the seller. Sellers cannot force a charge or fix billing issues.
